3NT and trust that partner knows to pass with his 15 count.
It's not great but I have had enormous success bidding 3NT over 3-level pre-empts over the years so I will generally strain to do so.

Yes 3NT looks routine. Too good to pass and that heart suit surely isn't robust enough to overcall at the 4 level. If I double and partner bids 4 of a minor, I'm a bit stuffed, aren't I?

3NT is the winning action. Well done to both of my regular contributors.
I doubled, Pd hesitated and then bid 4D. I pushed on to 4H. My LHO then bid 4S and Harry with xxx Hearts (and about 9 HCP inc. an Ace) assumed I had a whale and bid 5H. Result, one off.
