2H.
Absence of redouble should show something unusual. Over 2S I bid 3H and partner should get the idea.
Who knows though. I just want to keep it low.
Either 2H natural and forcing - or 2D trfr to hearts. If playing standard methods, I would also remove partner's 2S rebid to 3H.
I now play with my regular victim that after 1M x bids from 1NT thru' to 2(M-1) are transfers.
so for example after 1H,
1H x 1S = natural
1H x 1NT = clubs
1H x 2C = diamonds
1H x 2D = good (usually 3 card or flat 4 card) raise in hearts around 7-9 pts
1H x 2H = weaker raise , 3-6 pts
1H x 2S/3C/3D = fit jump
1H x 2NT = good 4 card raise to 3 or better.

I can see this system catching on!
Cannot see that any bid other than 2H makes sense (then 3H then pass).

I will also leave this one open a bit longer!

I got my next bid from one of Danny Roth's books! I passed here which is the only winning action on the hand.
2H simply leads to 4S by partner! Pass means we only reach (a making) 3S here. OK we were chucked an overtrick, but that wouldn't have happened if oppo were defending the game contract.
We scored around 90% on this board.
